Learn to soften critical self-talk

and treat yourself like a friend, supporting yourself effectively in challenging times.

What is MSC?

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-backed, evidence-based group program designed to help us nurture compassion toward ourselves and others.

Developed by psychologists Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, MSC has been taught around the world since 2010, offering practical tools to bring more self-kindness and understanding into everyday life.

“With self-compassion, we offer ourselves the same kindness and care that we would offer to a good friend.”

Kristin Neff, PhD

(co-founder of MSC)

Why Practice Mindful Self-Compassion?

Research shows that when you relate to yourself with self-compassion, you will:

01

Feel more satisfied

Develop greater optimism, gratitude, and more nourishing relationships.

02

Become less stressed

Learn a gentle yet powerful alternative to self-criticism and harmful perfectionism – patterns that often lead to stress, anxiety, and depression.

03

Strengthen your resilience

Recover more easily from setbacks, learn from our experiences, and meet life in all its facets with greater openness and care.
