What is MSC?
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-backed, evidence-based group program designed to help us nurture compassion toward ourselves and others.
Developed by psychologists Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer, MSC has been taught around the world since 2010, offering practical tools to bring more self-kindness and understanding into everyday life.
